Our main study and practice is based on the knowledge of Kundalini, with a broad understanding of both the physical-energetical and psycho-mental aspects of the chakras. We start in the beginners courses with some of the fundamental yogic concepts, and a strong practice of asana-s (or bodily postures). In the more advanced courses we teach yogic meditations, purification techniques, pranayama (breath control), and Kundalini mudra-s, etc... Papers which are relevant to the teachings of the day are handed out at the end of every course, to help assist students with concepts related to the teachings.
