Our main study and practice is based on the knowledge of Kundalini, with a good understanding of both the physical-energetical and psycho-mental aspects of the chakras.  We start in the beginners courses with some of the fundamental yogic concepts, and a strong practice of asana-s (or bodily postures).  In the more advanced courses we teach yogic meditations, purification techniques, pranayama (breath control),  and Kundalini mudra-s, etc... Papers which are relevant to the teachings of the day are handed out at the end of every course, to help assist students with concepts related to the teachings.

We are currently giving a 6 week intensive beginners course at our Ashram location; a 3 month beginner course in Terrace; and a 3 month intermediate course (stage 1  1.5 and 2.0) in Terrace.
